HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL CLEAN MY HOME?

Sometimes it is only necessary to send a team of one.  This helps to save you money.  Most of our teams are teams of two.  In some cases when time is of the essence, we will send an extra teammate in order to facilitate the cleaning and get it done more quickly.

 

WILL I ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME CLEANING TEAM?

In most cases, yes.  We make every effort in order to keep our customers on a routine with the same cleaning team, especially when our customers get attached to their team.  In rare cases, one of your team may be sick or out on vacation.  In those cases, we have “Special Instructions” which tell anyone on our staff exactly how to clean your home to your specifications.

 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY HOUSE AND BELONGINGS ARE SAFE?

West Valley Maids is Fully Bonded and Insured so all of your belongings and home are covered.  All of our employees are screened and background checks are run before they can be considered for employment.  Insurance certification is available upon request.

 

WHAT IF SOMETHING IN MY HOME GETS BROKEN?

West Valley Maids realizes that during the cleaning process, almost everything in your home or office gets touched or moved.  If any loss or damage occurs, please notify West Valley Maids within 48 hours of the incident.  In most cases, broken items can be replaced within a couple of days.  In much more rare events when the item is of great value, a claim will be filed and all reasonable attempts will be made to rectify the situation.

 

HOW DO YOU ACCESS MY HOME?

  1. Most West Valley Maids customers leave a key to their home or office with us.  Keys are kept secure in our office, coded for security, and locked away until the day of your cleaning.
  2. If it is not possible for you to leave a key with West Valley Maids, you will have to be at the home or office in order to allow entry to our cleaning team.
  3. If neither of the above is possible, you may contact us to arrange alternate arrangements.

 

ARE YOUR CLEANING TEAMS TRAINED AND SUPERVISED?

West Valley Maids trains all of it’s employees using the same proven method.  All maids are tested before being assigned to a team.  We also send a supervisor out for regular house checks throughout the week.

 

WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DO YOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE?

We are very careful when considering someone for employment at West Valley Maids.  Our employees must exhibit professionalism, great attitude, and ethics right from the start in the 1st interview.  Beyond that, all of our employees have background checks run on them and drug testing before the hiring process can continue.  Once hired, our maids go through a rigorous training program that has been fine tuned and developed over the course of 15 years.  They learn how to clean in the most efficient and logical way saving you time and money, and leaving your home or business sparkling with pride.

 

DO I HAVE TO SECURE MY PETS?

Our employees love animals so, as long as your pets feel the same way about our maids, there shouldn’t be a problem.  However, if you have an aggressive pet, you may want to secure them some place where they can not come into physical contact with the maid(s).  Should you be home at the time we arrive, our girls will be more than willing to meet your pet(s) and make sure that everyone gets along.

 

WHAT AREAS OF THE VALLEY DO YOU COVER?
